After 20 years providing critical hardcopy document management solutions, the directors decided to move away from the hardcopy business to concentrate on our online backup service ‘backup 4 business’ which enables our clients to benefit from reliable, tested and proven software and hardware.

The backup 4 business solution is itself the culmination of over 2 years research into all software and hardware platforms and is based on best of breed solutions (Sun and Cisco) both for functionality and reliability, housed in state of the art secure data warehouses.

The backup 4 business solution removes the need for you to invest in hardware, software and the consumables previously relied upon by most organisations to try and keep data safe. Each time backup4business runs, you will receive an email generated automatically by the servers in the Data Warehouse confirming that the back up was successful. backup 4 business is naturally scalable meaning that you don’t have to update your systems in order to store more data
